From stepping on the scale for the first time on the cruise, I got 5 years younger (still 10 years too old) and visceral fat level went down from 12 to 9 and I lost about 5 pounds (muscle mass went up, fat went down), approaching now the 80kg mark again (about 185 pounds) instead of the 90kg, simply by four little changes:

1. Eating the Vitamark cookies instead of Christmas cookies. Now I eat one or two of them a day, mostly together with an apple which makes the digestion of the fibers a bit easier.

2. Started with VitaChe the week before Christmas instead of VitaOne.

3. Taking the enzymes when needed, for example before or after heavier meals.

4. Re-started running three times a week 45 minutes each.

So, it doesn’t sound like I starved myself to death or that I killed myself with exercising…does it? I just feel amazing, so much lighter!

The first step is definitely the awareness created by stepping on the scale: I couldn’t go on like that.

And the results above are just the beginning, also because we just got back on Limu Plus a week ago.

October 6, 2011 marked the 2-year anniversary of my becoming totally smoke-free. I realize that our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, but would like to thank Vitamark International for our great natural products. They truly help!

I’m especially grateful for Limu Plus® and Herbal Calming, as I feel they were very helpful in my finally conquering my 39-year nicotine addiction. I increased my normal Limu Plus (2 oz. daily) to 2 oz. each morning and evening, with a healthy extra “slug” between whenever the stress and cravings got too intense. I was also taking 2 Herbal Calming 4 times daily (early morning, lunch, dinner & bedtime), with a couple extra during the day only if needed.

During this time I was experiencing a number of other life changes, including the loss of my dream home in a divorce, so the stress levels were incredible. I was also taking VitaOne®and a number of other products suggested by Jana Mitchum to get and keep my body in balance during this two-year period, which I think has helped considerably in my staying a non-smoker, and more important – not killing anyone!

In previous years I had tried everything from gum to patches to pills… even hypnotism. I never got beyond the 30 day mark, and I was NOT a nice person to be around while “trying to quit.” Although I can’t say it was really easy this time, these products and the loving support of several members of my Vitamark family got me through and I am now gratefully and forever a Non-Smoker.

Anyone who has ever faced this challenge will understand that the first three months smoke-free are quite uncomfortable, and the first 45 days are sheer agony! Now there is help and hope, and it’s all natural. Thank you Vitamark!

Wow! I have to admit I have several favorite products. But my absolute favorite has got to be the Limu Plus! It is something that my whole family can use – all the way down to my 3-year-old daughter and 5-year-old nephew.
